Halcyon Jewelry does not accept returns nor provide refund on any custom pieces. Please be sure of your commitment to your piece prior to purchasing.
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Each piece is photographed from many angles and is an accurate representation of the piece. You may exchange ready-made pieces for store credit or alternate sizes when applicable, at my discretion.
All jewelry is guaranteed for ninety days from receipt. If damage should occur from normal usage within the ninety-day period, said piece will be repaired at no cost. However, if the piece is damaged from mistreatment, the item may be repaired at a rate of $75/hour.
A. All precious metals used in the making of Halcyon Jewelry pieces are sourced from reputable, well-established, internationally recognized jewelry suppliers. Semi-precious and precious stones come from a number of different reputable sources, such as aforementioned jewelry suppliers, lapidary artists, and gem shows.
A. Ready-made, one-of-a-kind jewelry will generally ship within three business days.
Made-to-Order items generally ship between fifteen and twenty business days from purchase.

A. Generally, no. One-of-a-kind pieces are not available for re-sizing. I recommend a custom order in the style of the desired ring as a better option.
A. Halcyon Jewelry can always be sent back for repairs, whether from normal usage or accidents. I do not repair the work of other jewelers.
A. Yes! I enjoy working with customer's stones. I have re-worked several pieces of vintage jewelry by removing the stone and making an entirely new piece.
